We ask each delegate to complete a simple questionnaire and from this data we are then able to structure a course programme which focuses exactly on your needs. By default every in-house Excel course we deliver is bespoke to the customer needs which means you get maximum value from your learning experience with us.
At go.courses we use the Delighted customer feedback system. This application asks our delegates to give open and honest feedback regarding their learning experience. Our current average NPS score is 9/10. Of course, we want 10/10 and we are working to achieve that as our overall metric for this year.
