Sometimes, life doesn’t go quite according to plan. Business requirements change, schedules get complicated, and you might need to cancel or change a course date. On this page, you can get the inside track on how to make changes, plus full details of the GO.COURSES refund policy.
What should I do if I have to cancel?
If you - or a member of your team - can’t make it to a course, cancelling is easy. All you need to do is:
- Email us with as much notice as possible.
- Let us know if you’d like to cancel and get a refund, or transfer to another course
- If you’d like a refund, let us know how - back to your payment card, or as a bank transfer.
Can I transfer to another course?
YES! If you’d like to transfer to another course - and you give us at least 16 working days notice - you can make the change 100% fee-free. If it’s closer to the start date, a fee will apply.
Why is there a fee?
When we book your place on a course, we start making arrangements straight away. Unfortunately, this means that we incur costs if you can’t make it on the day. We’re as fair and straight up as we can be about this, and have a really clear cancellation and transfer policy so you know what to expect if the unexpected happens and you miss your session.
How do I request a refund?
If you can’t make your course, please let us know as soon as possible. If it’s at least 13 working days before the start date, you’ll be entitled to a refund - exactly how much depends on how much notice you can give us.
