How many days will it take to learn AWS?

By Samantha Allen 05 Dec 2019

Depending on how much experience you already have, it’s possible to learn AWS in 3 days with our instructor-led courses comprising of 18 hours of training. If you’re looking to gain AWS certification this will take a little longer, as you’ll also need to prepare for the exam. Read more about how to become AWS certified HERE.

Of course, this is the minimum amount of time you could learn AWS in, and the more time you put into your area of learning, the better you will likely become at your chosen skill. Some providers recommend approximately 80 hours over a course of 2 months to prepare for the Solutions Architect Associate exam with prior experience, or 120 hours over 3 months with no prior experience of AWS.
