Foundation
Level 1
This course offers an introduction to the fundamentals of Microsoft Excel, giving attendees the confidence to efficiently create, edit and manage spreadsheets. It introduces basic calculation writing and provides an understanding of mathematical structure.
Attendees will learn to build effective graphs and charts to create visual representations of table data, group table data using sorting functions, and extract information using filters.
Due to the useful shortcuts this course offers, it is also suitable for those who are self-taught.
Intermediate
Level 2
This course covers tools to help find and write formulas efficiently, including formula assistance features.
Learn to use Pivot Tables to generate reports for data analysis, apply rules to automatically format data with alerts, and create table formats that calculate totals.
Advanced
Level 3
This course focuses on advanced techniques, such as using nested formulas to extract data based on multiple criteria, enabling answers to complex questions.
Improve your knowledge of Pivot Tables by incorporating groupings and calculations. Use ‘what-if’ analyses to set targets and generate forecasts.
Learn how to quickly automate repetitive or tedious tasks by using macros.
